Catch & Cruise Adventures is more than a charter company — it’s a family of seasoned captains and crew dedicated to creating unforgettable private adventures on the Gulf of Mexico. With over 46 years of experience and 125+ years of combined captain expertise, our team has fished everywhere from the Canadian border to Costa Rica, and now calls Destin and Fort Walton Beach home.

THE MARLIN MUJER
Our pride and joy is the Marlin Mujer, a 48’ Daytona sportfishing vessel with a storied history. Built in 1968 and powered by twin Cummins engines, she cruises comfortably at 23 knots. Over the decades, she’s fished the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and the Gulf, and now serves as your gateway to adventure along the Emerald Coast.

Captain Dave
Known as the “Jimmy Buffett of the fishing world,” Captain Dave brings over 30 years of Florida fishing experience—and a laid-back, fun-loving personality that makes every trip unforgettable. Growing up on Long Island, NY, Dave has been working on the water since he was just 12 years old. After decades of commercial fishing, he found his home at the helm of the Marlin Mujer.
Today, Dave’s passion is twofold: helping families and first-timers fall in love with fishing, and chasing the thrill of the hunt for monster fish. Whether it’s landing a trophy catch offshore or teaching a child how to reel in their very first fish, Dave makes sure every moment on the water is exciting. His deep expertise in fishing, safety, and weather ensures that everyone aboard feels confident and at ease—so all you have to do is relax, reel, and enjoy the adventure.
Captain Jeff
Captain Jeff was born and raised in Central Florida with fishing in his veins. From chasing bass after school to spending summers offshore with his dad in the Gulf and Caribbean, he’s lived and breathed the water his whole life. By 14, he was already fishing full-time, and over the years he’s guided countless anglers aboard headboats and private charters across Florida. Today, Jeff brings his passion to smaller groups—where he can connect, teach, and share the thrill of offshore fishing. “There’s nothing like seeing someone get hooked for the first time,” he says. “Every trip is an adventure—you never know what you’ll catch or see!”
Together, this crew combines decades of experience to deliver safe, exciting, and unforgettable days on the Gulf.

All you need to bring are sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, snacks, and drinks (beer allowed in moderation, no glass containers). Kids ages 5+ are welcome.
